TOL BBC News in California, the king “will not talk to me for these security things”, but that he no longer wanted to fight and “did not know how long my father had”.

“I would like to reconcile with my family. There is no point in fighting another, life is rare,” said Prince Harry, who said that the dispute over his security was “always a right point”.
The Duke, who expressed that he felt “released”, described his judgment as a “classic stitch” and accused the royal household of playing a role in the decision to expand its security.
As for whether he asked the king to intervene, Prince Harry said, “I never asked him to intervene – I asked him to get out of the way and let the experts do his job.”
What did the palace say in response?
After the interview, the Buckingham Palace issued a rare statement.
“All these questions were repeatedly and carefully examined with the same conclusion that was achieved on every occasion,” the spokesman said about the decision to undress Harry about his security details.
The legal team claimed that the provision of publicly funded security for Harry was inappropriate, given that he resigned from his royal duties.
