Police Koyambed arrested President Panchayat for charging the theft of the Golden Chain from the passenger while traveling on the bus.
The sources at the police said that Varaslakshmi, 50, the Resident of Non -Renndram, was recently on the bus to participate in the Kancheepuram wedding reception, and returned home to find out that its four -sub -Golden chain was missing. Then she filed a complaint against the Koyambed police.
After their investigation, the police found that the woman was sitting next to Varalakshmi on the bus reportedly stole the chain. The police traceded a suspect who was identified as Bharathi, 56 years, DMK official and President NaryAppattu Panchayat in the Tirupattur district.
Police arrested Bharathi and there is another investigation.
