President Droupudi Murmu will arrive in Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday (October 21, 2025) evening for a four-day tour of Kerala.
An Indian Special Air Force (IAF) aircraft carrying Ms. Murmu will touch down at the IAF Forward Base Enclave at the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport.
She will be welcomed by Kerala Governor Rajendra Arlerkar, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Thiruvananthapuram Mayor Arya Rajendran.
Mrs. Murmu advances to the Raj Bhavan where she spends the night. On Wednesday (October 22, 2025), Ms. Murmu will visit Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple for darshan.
A motorcade of four-wheel drive vehicles will take her to Ayyappa Hill Temple via Swamy Ayyappan Road.
On Thursday (October 23, 2025), Mrs. Murmu will unveil a bust of former President KR Narayanan.
Mahasamadhi centenary will be inaugurated by Sree Narayana Guru at Sivagiri Madhom in Varkala.
Later MS. Murmu leaves for kottayam to confirm the valedictory function of platinum celebrations st. year of college in Pala.
On Friday (October 24, 2025), Mrs. Murmu will open College St.’s centenary celebrations. Teresa’s College in Ernakulam and take a special IAF flight to Delhi.
The state police have tightened security measures in view of the president’s visit. In Thiruvananthapuram, police have banned parking on both sides of the Shanghumugham Air Force Station-Raj Bhavan road. The city police warned citizens about traffic complications.
