In the main political struggle against the next election cycle before the next election cycle, the President of the District Congress Congress Thrissur Joseph Tanet and the Communist Party of India (CPI) of the State Council (CPI) and LDF candidate in 2024 Lok Sabha surveys in Thrissur in Thrissur in Thrissur in Thrissur constant.
Both leaders claim that non -residents have been illegally added to roles with closed houses and free apartments as cover addresses, while Mr. Tanet directly implies a candidate for Bharatiya Janata (BJP) and currently Suesh Gopi.
‘Evidence documents’
Mr. Tanet submitted what he described as “documentary evidence” and claimed that Mr. Gopi’s names, his brother Subhasha Gopi and their family members were added to the stand No. 116 under serial numbers 1016 to 1026, just months before the elections. “These voices were registered at” Bharath Heritage “, house number 10/219/2. Even after the family released the property after the elections, their votes remain active in the election commission electoral application,” Tanet said.
He pointed out that the official list of Thrissur Corporation voters for Division 11 – Mukkattukar, Part 2 – did not include these names, which, according to him, “proves that they are not permanent residents of the addresses.”
The head of DCC claimed a similar case in stand 30, where 45 names were added under addresses such as capital gardens, top paradise, chaitram IDBI, Capital Village and Sreesankari Apartments. “Neither of them lived there before or after the elections. However, their voices are still active,” Mr. Tanet said, adding that other complexes including Shobha Sapphire, Shobha City, Chelur Country Court, Shakthi Apartments, water lily apartments, Govind Apartments and Shobha Top Plaza. “None of them are on the company’s voters’ list,” he said.
“These are not isolated incidents,” Mr. Tanet said. “When the BJP itself boasts the addition of 65,000 votes, the public has the right to know whether it was a method. It is a blot of democracy. The election commission must act. It is sad that Mr Gopi himself launched these inconsistencies,” he added.
Clarification
Mr. Sunilkuar repeated the accusation and further questioned the behavior of the returning officer. “There is a reason for the suspicion that the then collector of the Thrissur VR Krishna Theja, the returning officer, said the main election officer,” he said.
Mr. Sunilkuar claimed that LDF officially complained about the discrepancies before the elections and named the specific individuals who were reportedly added to the voters’ list just before the LS elections from other constituencies. “My main election agent, KP Rajendran, filed a complaint on March 25, 2024 and even submitted follow -up with the names. The main election commissioner claims that no early complaint has been filed and we have not used the opportunity to submit a petition in the High Court, are false and immense.
He also claimed that he recently encountered “technical questions” while trying to access the Election Commission website and described it as suspicious.
“Eligible people voted”
“After the first list of proposals, BJP staff added new voices. Simply owning a house in the area does not make one voter. We even found voters from Alathur and Thrippunithura added to Thrissur.
Both leaders demanded a high -level probe to what they called “systematic voters of the manipulation list” and warned that the failure to act would undermine the public confidence in the democratic process.
