
Chelsea completed another successful air raid on Brighton and Hove Albion, because on Wednesday 2 July signed Brazilian striker Joao Pedro. Pedro joined the Blues on a seven -year agreement in an agreement worth 60 million.
A 23 -year -old man who had a doctor in the United States, where Chelsea participates in the club’s World Cup and now is playing for Blues in their quarterfinal clash against the Palmeiraass. Pedro scored 30 goals in 70 games for Brighton after joining Watford in 2023.

Brazilian is the fourth player who joined Chelsea from Brighton, who joined similar to Marc Cucurella, Roberto Sanchez and a record -signed Moises Caicedo.
“Chelsea is pleased to announce the signature of Brazil International Joao Pedro from Brighton and Hove Albion.”
“23 -year -old attacker wrote a long -term agreement with Blues, which is passing by 2033, and joined the team immediately before our quarterfinals of the FIFA Club World Championship against Palmeiras,” Chelsea read.
What Pedro said of his move
Pedro expressed his excitement from the transition to Chelsea and said it was a club with a great history. The Brazilian said his focus on the new Chelsea player is to win the club trophies.
“Everyone knows it is a big club with a great history,” Joao Pedro said. “They had brilliant players in the past and now have brilliant players. So I’m excited to join and know when you are Chelsea, you have to think one thing – win.”
Liam Delap, Mamadou Sarr and Dario Essugo have already joined Chelsea because they were fast in the summer transmission window. Chelsea is approaching Jamie Gittens from Borussia Dortmund.
