Pregnant women and other people in emergency situations face serious problems, because many villages in Madhya Pradesh have lost contact with their district center due to inundation after heavy rains.
In the last few days, two such cases of pregnant women have received the onslaught of poor roads due to overflowing rivers and streams.
In one case, a woman experienced working pain was taken to the hospital by crossing the river in the Bullock wheelchair, while in another case a pregnant woman had to be taken to the ambulance because the vehicle could not get due to her house due to a water -airborne road.

The videos of the suffering that both women face have become viral on social media.
While the government official said that he would explore which department was responsible for poor road conditions, the opposition Congress focused on the ruling BJP and asked if the government was making efforts to solve people’s suffering.
However, the BJP State Leader said that road networks have been laid in villages over the past 20 years, allowing people to use health services in emergency situations.
The organization of tribal workers warned against agitation if the government did not take specific steps to solve their problems by August 15.
Sunita, resident of Raiyat Village under the block of Chicholi development, located 60 km from the district headquarters of Betul, began to receive pain on Sunday.
Her husband Babu Adivasi told PTI that if he couldn’t find a way to take her to the hospital because of the flooded Bhanji River, which caused the inundation in their area, he discussed the matter with other villagers.
“The villagers showed courage and Sunita was transported across the river in the Bullock wheelchair and then to the Chirapatla hospital in an ambulance,” he said.
A video shared on social media showed that a woman lies in a Bullock trolley and four five people who push her across the river to take her to the other side.
He said Babla that his wife later gave birth to a healthy child in the hospital and the mother and the child were fine.
“If the villagers did not come to courage, I couldn’t take my wife to the hospital. Something could happen in such a situation,” he said.
Rajendra Garhwal of Shramik Adivasi Sangathan, NGOs in Betul, said the Bhanji River was going through the village and several agitations were held to demand the construction of the bridge above it, but no specific steps have been taken.
There were many accidents in the river, but the administration remains “sloppy”, he said.
Mr. Garhwal said that if concrete steps are not taken to build a bridge by August 15, then Sangathan will start a great agitation.
In a similar case, Chanchal at the age of around 30 years and the Baroque Village residents under the Election District in Lahar in the Bhind district experienced serious working pain on Monday.
The Dalit family’s family called an ambulance, but was unable to reach its house, which is located 60 km from the district mansion, because the access road was downplayed and rough after heavy rainfall.
Four people then carried her to the crib across the muddy path to the ambulance.
The CEO of Zila Panchayat Sunil Dubey later told reporters that an investigation would be carried out to determine which department was responsible for the poor road condition, and further measures would be taken.
In poor state of roads in rural areas during the monsoon, Mr. Dubey said that a gram of Panchayats raised limited funds, making it difficult to carry out many development work.
However, Mr. Garhwal claimed that there was no lack of financial resources in the state, but the work was postponed by apologies for budget.
“But now playing with the lives of villagers will not be tolerated,” he added.
Congress President Madhya Pradesh Jitu Patwari shared a video about the Betul incident on X that hit the state government.
With reference to the video, he said, “This is the scene from the Chicholi area in Goradongri Constituration in Betul! Is this urge to cross the Bhanji River as a sign of strong leadership?”
Mr. Patwari also focused on the State President of BJP Hemant Khandelwal, who represents Betul in the State Assembly.
“The public, tired protests, asks, the President of BJP asks, nor does he listen to them now?” Said in the post.
However, MP BJP Media, which is charged by Ashish Agrawal, said: “The Congress should not forget its 50 -year rule, during which there was no development, especially in rural areas. They cause such problems to themselves and reflect their bad records of management.”
Over the past 20 years, the road networks have been laid to villages, so ambulances could reach the nearest point, allowing people to use services in emergency situations, he added.
According to IMD, Madhya Pradesh recorded 645.8 mm in this monsoon season compared to 418.4 mm in the same period last year, which is 54 % more than usual.
