The state-run power transmission company, Power Grid, observed a vigilance awareness week from October 27 to November 2 at its 300 outlets across the country.
The event began with Ravindra Kumar, CMD, presenting the Integrity Pledge to the employees. As part of the awareness week, PSU organized a number of awareness programs including walkathon, cyclathon, puppet shows, gram sabhas and competitions to promote the importance of collective efforts in building a corruption free society.
A Nukkad Natak (street play) was conducted both at the corporate office and nearby locations, effectively spreading the message of collective responsibility and integrity among employees and the community, said a company press release.
