Vice -President, who deteriorates the administrative crisis at the University, Mohanan Kunnummal moved to blocking the files signed by the registrar of the KS Anil Kumar.
Vice -President (VC), who claimed that such files would not have any legal effect, allegedly issued a directive for higher university officials, including a joint registrar, not to process or pass on any documents signed by the registrar.
The new Directive comes in connection with Dr. Anil Kumar, who approved more than 150 ensembles that did not require the Vice -Chairman’s signature. This caused the Vice -President to issue strict instructions to prevent further movement of the files through the registrar. He also warned that any violation of his directive would be treated seriously.
In the next reversal, Dr. Kunnummal directly tried to seize control over the digital system of the university’s digital registration. However, such an effort has so far has become unnecessary because the service provider was not accepted by the Vice -President. The company based in the technology program, which operates the system of digital documents, has obviously stated that all administrative approach and file control remains on the basis of a contract with Keltron.
Reportedly, they rejected the call for the vice -chairman to cancel the administrator’s access from the current nodes and grant him the privileges of the “super administrator” and stated that such a step would require the permission of Celtron.
Dr. Kunnummal also tried to redirect access to the files to the director (planning and development) Mini Dejo Kappan, which was assigned another registrar fee, but the digital services provider continued to send files. Anil Kumar and quoted administrative standards and contractual obligations.
Under such circumstances, the transfer of the Office for File Management to the Digital University of Keral is allegedly considered. However, any such step by Celtron and its existing agreements could cause other legal and political battles, but sources said.
