Telangany’s government urged Rajnath Singh’s Defense Minister for early solutions waiting for civil and administrative questions about Hyderabad and Secunderabad Cantonment.
Delegation consisting of the Transport and Minister of Social Security Ponnam Prabhakar, Mayor of GHMC Gadwal Vijayalakshmi and Cantonment Mla Sriganesh handed over to Mr. Rajnath Singh on Friday.
In the national team, Mr. Prabhakar expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Defense for investigating certain defensive land in Hyderabad for public purposes and called it a “progressive step” that would help solve the critical needs of infrastructure and improve civic equipment for residents. The Minister pointed out that approximately 1,000 GBP Crore under the user’s folder remains waiting to be waiting from the Canton Secunderabad after the Thelangan reign. He said that timely permission of these fees would greatly help the state in maintaining and modernizing public infrastructure and providing services in overlapping jurisdictions.
Mr. Prabhakar welcomed the decision of the center to say goodbye to certain defensive land for public use. He noted that these lands are essential for the implementation of key infrastructure and mobility projects that are vital for the development and comfort of the city’s public.
Mr. Prabhakar also described the delay in making elections to the Cantonment Cantonment Cantonment in Secunderabad and asked to restore democratic administration and ensure local representation in this area.
