Minister of Income Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy
Revenue officials must approach land disputes with empathy and justice and problems should be solved actively and without costs, the Minister for Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy mentioned as another phase of Sadass revenue (income) to take off on Tuesday (June 3).
At a high -level inspection meeting held on Monday (June 2), the Minister said that the government was determined to remedy systemic failures and poor management during the previous administration, leading to extensive complications in land management.
The revenue teams led by Tahsildars will now travel to every income village, accept applications and solve problems on the spot with the motto “yield department at folk Prague,” he said.
The Minister stated that the introduction of the BHU Bharati Act of 14 April this year was aimed at providing a permanent resolution of disputes over land decentralization and democratization of the land administration process.
The government, which was originally implemented in four mandals in four districts on an experimental basis, was expanded to 28 mandals since May 5.
Mr. Srinivasa Reddy said that pilot initiatives are a huge success. During the first phase, more than 13,000 applications were received in 72 villages and in the second phase 42,000 applications were submitted in 421 villages. About 60% of land problems have been solved so far, most of which concerned clarification of the title.
The Minister said that the appointment of 10,954 officials of villages saw an encouraging answer with 3,550 candidates who have already received a list of merit after the 25th May rehearsal.
He said that in the phases, 413 villages without existing maps will be re -takeover and 6,000 new inspectors will be appointed within two months. Digitization of the survey map using Telangana Remote Sensing Applications Center (TGRAC) has currently been piloted in three mandals.
