All six accused are still in the government observation house after the rejection of their request for bail by the court of the district session. The High Court in Kerala was also looking for the opinions of the state government on bail action, which accused students.
It was March 1 that the student succumbed to the injury of the serious head he suffered during the alleged clash among students in Thamarassery.
The reason for the collision was the argument of stopping music during a farewell party in the teaching center.
Hron’s physical attack took place on 27 February near the tuition fee, which caused a fatal head injury to the student. Later, six suspect students were charged with the Thamarasers Police.
