The police suspect that the short circuit led on Saturday evening in the combinjal in the Adimal in Idukki. According to the police, four families were found in the gutted house. The victims were identified as a subha, 39, her children, Abhinand, 9, Abhinav, 5, and Subho’s mother, Ponnamma, 75.
Idukki, Deputy Police Director (DYSP) Jilson Mathew, said the house could light the house on Friday evening or in the early hours of Saturday. “While the body of five -year -old Abhinava was identifiable, it was found that three others were recognized. The house is located in an isolated place,” the officer said.
He said that after the forensic test, the bodies were moved to IDUKKI Government Medical College Hospital for a post-Mortal examination. “The reason for death can only be confirmed after the results of postmort,” Mr. Mathew said.
The police also ruled out the possibility of suicide. “From now on, we have not received any evidence indicating suicide,” the officer said.
