
Police Madhya Pradesh established a three -member special investigation team (SIT) in accordance with the command of the Supreme Court to explore the remarks of Minister Vijay Shaha about the officer of the Indian army of Colonel Sofiya Qureshi.
Three SIT members are inspector of the police inspector, Sagar Zone Pramod Verma, deputy General Inspector Kalyan Chakravarty, special armed forces and superintendent police, Dindori, Vahini Singh.
Police CEO Madhya Pradesh (DGP) Kailash Makwana issued an order to create SIT and ensured compliance with the court orders.
The Supreme Indian Court (SC) on 19 May criticized Shaha for his “harsh” remarks on Col Sofia Qureshi and ordered Madhya Pradesh police director to create a sit on Tuesday, May 20.
Head officer of IPS Pramod Verma is currently published as a series of General (IG) Sagar, Kalyan Chakravarty is a representative of the General Inspector (DIG) SAF, Bhopal and Vahini Singh as SP in Dindori.
SC refuses to accept the apology of Vijay Shah
The Top Court also refused to accept Theapologysubmitted by the Minister. The bench of Judge Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh told Shah that he had seen a video where he made notes and his apology statement, and called the other “crocodile tears”, PTI reported.
What did Vijay Shah say?
Minister Vijay Shah on May 12 reportedly called Col Qureshi, “sister of terrorists”, during his public speech on the surgery of the Indian Army against Pakistan.
Later on 14th May against Shah in the Indore district, a company was registered against an order from the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
The Supreme Court called Shah’s apology “Crocodile Treps”.
The company was registered according to sections 152 (ACT threatening sovereignty, unity and integrity of India), 196 (1) (1) (B) (support for hostility between different groups due to religion, race, language or other similar characteristics) and 197 (1) (C) to a hat) or to a hacker) or to Hatred) or to a hat or other similar properties) or to a hat) or to a hat or other similar characteristics) or to a hat) or is Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).
