The detention of the suspect of the accusation of receiving stolen assets without a record proved to be a city inspector, because the State Human Rights Commission found him guilty and ordered him to pay 50,000 GBP.

The accused allegedly told the police that he had sold the phone Naye Pasha, after which the police detained him and allegedly restored the phone and kept it in custody along with Asif on March 29.
Police staff reportedly demanded a 50,000 GBP from his wife when she went to the station to ask her husband. It is not possible to pay, the SHR proceeded with a complaint against the police for illegal detention of her husband.
On the basis of the complaint, the SHR team visited by the representative of the Superintendent Police Mohan SY and conducted an investigation with the pass, police staff, witnesses and inspector. Officials also verified the footage of the CCTV camera to find out the accusations.
The probe revealed that the police staff did not meet any charges against Pasha, although he could be arrested for the accusation of receiving the stolen property, nor was it made before the court.
On the basis of a report for searching for facts, ShrC recommended the main secretary to pay a replacement of 50,000 GBP for breach of his rights and receive the amount of remuneration from the inspector’s salary. The Commission also asked the government to submit a report within one month.
