Police Cyberbad Police has directed spa centers throughout the Madhapur area to follow the operating instructions, including a ban on sexual activities, compulsory professional qualifications for employees, CCTV supervision, detailed employees and customer records, and transparent licensing and service details.
These measures were discussed during a joint meeting with awareness of awareness and coordination on Friday 4th July. Officials stressed that the spa premises must not be doubled as a residence or to be associated with residential areas. All employees, including household workers, must be over 18 years of age, with their personal data maintained in the registry. All masseurs and masseuses must have valid qualifications in physiotherapy, acupressure or ergotherapy, the police said.
Spa centers must install CCTV cameras with a direct view of entrances, receptions and common areas with shots maintained for at least three months. For centers with more than 10 employees, the creation of an internal complaint committee is compulsory to prevent women’s sexual harassment at the workplace in the workplace and its presence must be clearly displayed.
Officials stated that such centers must only operate between 9:00 and 21:00, name, license number, license data and working hours of the center must be clearly displayed together with the details of the licensee, manager, employees, working hours, massage types, services offered and corresponding fees.
According to the court’s instructions, the SPA Center must keep records of customers with verifiable contact information and visit data, especially in cases concerning applications for the opposite sex service. These registers should be accessible to police officers under the inspector and above. During working hours, the main entrance to the spa must remain open to ensure transparency.
