Police Vaniyambadi Taluk confiscated 23 Red Sanders wooden logs on Tuesday, weighed over 300 kg and worth about eight lamps from a locked house in the village of Vallipatt near Vaniyambadi in Tirupattura.
The police said K. Govindan (32 and his brother K. PraBhu, 28, involved in agriculture in the village.
The duo got into the argument and exchanged wounds when the neighbors and relatives calmed them down. Based on the police warning, she came to the place.
