Ravisha Tantri Karkala Taluk reserved the Municipal Police in Karkala in the UDUP district on Thursday.
While it expresses anxiety over the alleged plot to defame Pattadhikari of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthal D. Veerendra Heggade in connection with the Dharmasthal case, Mr. Kuntar allegedly made an inflammatory statement.
Police took Suo Motu a note of this statement and reserved a case accusing Mr. Kuntar of a deliberate attempt to disrupt peace. The case was registered for a crime pursuant to Section 353 (2) and 196 (1) (a). A) Bharatiya nyaya Sanhita.
In 2016, Mr. Kuntar was a candidate of BJP from the Karagod Assembly Assembly in Kerala.
