Bengalur Municipal Police launched a specialized platform for sending “BCPChat” messages for internal use.
Commissioner BCP B. Dayananda said that the request for sending messages is “adapted to support safe, efficient and structured communication within the Ministry”, his approach was only controlled by authorized police officers and ensured robust data protection because all data will be stored in the Karnataka State Center.
The application is created to ensure structured information sharing, including VIP locations and movements, daily crime reports, daily news and media coverage. The application also makes it easier to share all government orders such as notifications, circular and instructions, to all officers as needed.
The application also includes an effective search module allowing quick search and access to archives, documents about criminals, cases, etc.
