Police have arrested a 35-year-old man who killed a 49-year-old man on suspicion of having an affair with his mother.
Irayya Mathpati killed Basavaraj Hosmani in Basidoni village near Saundatti in Belagavi district.
“The accused also took pictures of himself standing on the dead body and shared them on social media,” police sources said.
The defendant was arrested.
