On Monday, September 1, the Prime Minister will participate in the SCO summit and will probably have a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin before leaving home.
The 10-member block Summit is considered to be significant and most consistent in terms of the relations between India in China in the current context of a sudden decline in India-USA after Trump has deposited 50 % of tariffs on Indian exports.
