The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Gujarat 20 September, where he reviews the progress of the National Naval Heritage (NMHC) in Lothal in the Ahmedabad district. He will also inspect the works so far and organize a detailed meeting with officials on ongoing projects.
Lothal, once a prominent business center of the Indus Valley civilization, is a symbol of Indian naval power and prosperity.
“NMHC will smoothly mix the history, education, research and entertainment. Lothal, which served as a prosperous port and repair of the ship 5,000 years ago, will be revitalized and presents its famous maritime heritage.

“NMHC, built according to international standards, will stand in addition to the best museums in the world. In addition to attracting visitors, the project will strengthen the economy of the BHAL region, generate employment for thousands and open up new opportunities for the growth of various cottage industries,” he said.
The Museum of Heritage in Lothal is built so that every citizen can easily understand their history, they said. “Using top technology, the project is to re -create the grandeur of this ancient era. Lothal, the key city of Harappan Civilization, is known for the location of the oldest shipyard.
