
Terrorist attack PAHALGAM: On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted a telephone interview with the Minister of the Interior of the Union Amit Shah of Saudi Arabia after terrorists hit the main tourist placement of Pahalgam in South Kashmir.
At least five people died and twenty others were injured when terrorists descended from the mountain in the Baisaran valley and started shooting at tourists.
PM Modi strongly condemned the terrorist attack and said those who would be brought to justice behind this abominable act.
In a telephone call, PM Modi, who is on a two -day visit to Saudi Arabia, AMIT Shah to take all appropriate measures. PM also asked the Minister of the Interior of the Union to visit the place.

“Defense to those who have lost their loved ones. I pray to recover the injured first. All possible help is provided to the disabled. They will be brought to justice for this abominable act … They will not be spared! Their evil agenda will never succeed. Their evil agenda will never succeed.
Amit Shah also expressed anxiety about the attack. “Those who are involved in this terrorist act will not be spared and we will descend strongly on the perpetrators with the hardest consequences,” said Amit Shah.
The Minister of the Interior of the Union further said that he reported Prime Minister Modi about the incident and organized an appointment with the officials concerned through video conferencing.
Number of terrorist attack of Pahalgam
Meanwhile, the main Minister Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah said that the number of victims is still found. “This attack is much greater than anything we have seen in recent years on civilians,” he said at X.
“I am shocked at the faith. This attack on our visitors is abomination. The perpetrators of this attack are animals, inhuman and worthy of contempt. No words of condemnation are not enough. I send my sympathy to the deceased families,” Abdullah said.
“The number of victims is still found, so I do not want to get into these details. They will be officially mediated because the situation will be clearer. No need to say that this attack is much greater than anything we have directed to civilians in recent years,” he added.

The PAHALGAM hospital doctor said that 12 injured tourists were adopted in the hospital and the condition of all of them was stable, PTI said.
The authorities also pushed the helicopter into the service for evacuation of the injured persons.
Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha condemned the terrorist attack in the tourist resort in Pahalgam
“I strongly condemn the cowardly terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam. I assure people that those who are on this contempt will not be punished,” LG said in the X post.
He said he was talking to the CEO of the police and other security officials and that military and police teams were rushed to the area to start search operations.

“He ordered the district administration and medical officials to provide immediate medical assistance to those who were admitted in Pahalgam. The wounded tourist was evacuated to GMC Anantnag. I pray for the rapid recovery of all injured,” he added.
The head of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Mehboob Muftti said that such attacks must be convicted.
“I strongly condemn the cowardly attack on tourists in Pahalgam, who tragically killed five and injured several, as reported so far. Such violence is unacceptable and must be convicted,” she said in post X.

Historically, Kashmir warmly welcomed tourists, which is deeply affected by this rare incident and called for a thorough investigation, the former main minister said.
“It is necessary to thorough investigation to put themselves in court and explore potential safety outages. Ensuring the major security of visitors and steps must be taken to prevent future attacks. Our thoughts are with victims and their families,” she added.
