He added that to expand yoga in the world “India seizes yoga science through modern research … We also support the therapy based on yoga evidence. Delhi Aiims has done a good job in this respect.”
“His research has shown that yoga plays a decisive role in the treatment of heart and neurological disorders, and also plays an important role in the health and mental health of women,” PM Modi said.

11. International Yoga Day (idy) was celebrated on Saturday, June 21, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the national event from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
