On Monday (August 18, 2025), the Prime Minister Narendra Modi (August 18, 2025) chaired a high -level meeting, which included the top ministers of the Union, secretaries and economists to reflect on the plan for the reforms of the next generation, one of the key announcements he made at his address of independence at his address.

The meeting was attended by the Ministers of Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Nirmala Sitharaman, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Piyush Goyal and Lalan Singh.
Mr. Modi 15 August announced the creation of a working group for “new generation reforms” and revision of GST laws because he devoted the main part of his 103 -minute speech to become independent in a number of semiconductors to fertilizers.
