“But the question is, what advantages did ordinary Muslims gained? What did the poor Muslim Pasman received? They were only exposed to neglect. They did not receive education, faced unemployment and Muslim women faced injustices such as Shah Bano, where their constitutional rights were sacrificed on the altar of fundamentalism.

“The amendment to the WAQF Act in 2013 was an attempt to enjoy Muslim fundamentalists and the mafia land. This law created the illusion that it was above the constitution. The path to the justice set in the Constitution was narrowed by the WAQF law,” Modi said.
“This law received a mafia and fundamentalists of the country. In Kerala, the demands of WAQF were on land tenure of Christians; in Haryana, the Gurdwarda country was in dispute; in Karnataka, there was demands on the countries of farmers,” he said.

“Congratulations to Parliament for the enactment of a wonderful law. Now the pious intention of WAQF and the rights of poor Muslims and children of Pasmand will also be protected,” Modi said.
He said the debate on the draft law of WAQF was the second longest Indian parliamentary history.
“The discussion of the bill lasted 16 hours across the two houses, accompanied by 38 meetings of the common parliamentary committee (JPC), a total of 128 hours of negotiations. Almost one Crore proposals were received from citizens throughout the country. This emphasizes that it emphasizes that the chairman is underlined.
He said his government opened a new door with its policy in the first 100 days of 2025 and claimed that India would not now fall or stop.
“We have opened new possibilities through our politicians,” the Prime Minister said, quoting the decision to allow private players in space and a nuclear sector.
