
The state government decided to ban the use of plastics in the temples that are under the Muzrai department.
The order will enter into force from August 15, Ramaling Reddy, Minister of Transport and Muzrai, adding that he added that he would be implemented in 34,505 temples.
On Monday, the press staff addressed here and stated that steps were taken to check the use of plastic in the state and in this respect the use of plastic was also forbidden in the temples.
“In the last three months, 1,253 temples have been identified and approximately 11,322 properties have been registered under the Ministry. We have 36,000 acres of land that have to be registered, and will be registered step by step and connected to Bhoomi. He also reported that these buildings were built on the MG Road in Tirupati.
The Minister also said that the scholarship was provided to children by the priests by separation. “We provided a scholarship to 249 children and we also gave a compensation of 14 lakhs to families of seven deceased priests,” he added.
