At the Keral High Court, there was a litigation in the public interest in which corruption in the import of brilliant cashew nuts by Keral Cashew Board Ltd. (KCB). The petitioner applied for a directive to vigilance and the anti -corruption office (VACB) to make the probe into the delivery of allegedly inferior quality of the cashew.
Devan Ramacandran and Judge Syam Kumar VM’s justice bench reported the submission of the petitioner Vishnu Sunil from Kollam that there was urgency in this matter, given the probability that the nuts and cores in question could be removed by Kerala Statew Corporation LTD LTD.
He said that the complaint he had presented before the vacuum was considered, and after he turned to the court.
The leading government of the famous KSCDC Council was looking for time to get instructions.
