Goa is usually for most passengers looking for a quick escape. But is this trend the same? Several social media users have recently emphasized how their Goa trip proved to be harrowing.
The Reddit user claimed that he was attacked and verbally abused during his trip to Goa. He promised to never return to a popular tourist destination.
“Hate Goa now”
In a long post on the social media platform, the man said that the locals had harassed him and defeated him near the Madgaon railway station, “found all the good times” he had previously experienced in Goa.
“Now I hate Goa,” The Man wrote.
“Physically abused… he never returns”
The title of his suffering as “He was physically abused in Goa, probably never returned,” the man told about his harrowing experience. He claimed that he rented a car on his way and was on his way to catch the train from Madgaon after dropping his girlfriend at the airport.
“This time I went with my girlfriend and rented a car because we didn’t want to drive Scottish in this burning heat.
While driving towards Madgaon, the man claimed that he apparently “cut” two local men on a two -wheel bike, although he insisted that there was no contact between the vehicles. “No wound, no scratches, our vehicles have touched, and frankly, I didn’t even cut it,” he wrote.
The men reportedly followed the man at the station, blocked his car and threatened to break his windshield. “One guy got out, raised the stone, and threatened to break the windshield if I didn’t open the window,” he wrote.
After the man opened the window, he claimed that he was repeatedly punctured and verbally abused. “The moment I opened it, he hit me right up. His next friend was just standing, and both abused me that I was from the outside,” the man wrote. He added that it was all happening when he had the remaining minutes to return the car and get on the train.
