PGRS was canceled on Monday due to the President’s visit

The week-long Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) program scheduled to be held at the district collectorate on Monday has been cancelled, District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore said on Sunday.

The Collector said in a statement that the decision was taken in view of preparations for the visit of the President of India to Visakhapatnam on June 30. As the district administration is fully engaged in preparations for the President’s visit, officials will not be available to conduct the grievance redressal programme.

The Collector appealed to the public and the complainants to take note of this week’s temporary cancellation of PGRS and extend cooperation to the district management.
