Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said that a reliable system of issuing Bhudhar numbers for each plot on Aadhaar card lines is being implemented in the state to ensure transparency in land transactions.
A pilot project is being implemented in a few select mandals in the state, including Kusumanchi mandal in Khammam district, to issue Bhudhar numbers (unique land identification numbers) for each plot by incorporating map data into the land registration process, he added.
