Minister of Tourism and Culture Kandula Durgesh distributed agricultural tools to farmers in the village of Singavaram near Nidadavole in the East Godavari district on Sunday.
“The permanent solution is planned to check the overflow of the Yerrakal River in the Nidadavole election district of the Assembly in the East Godavari district,” said the Minister of Tourism and Culture Kandula Durgesh on Sunday, distributed farm tools in Singavaram near Nidadavole.
He said, “Minister of Agriculture K. Atchannaid and Minister of Household and Disasters V. Anita were informed about this matter. They promised the necessary support to find a permanent solution to prevent the flood of agricultural land caused by the Errakus River.” The Yerrakal River is a small river that connects to the Gulf of Bengal in the former West Godavari district.
This certainty comes from the Godavari 2024 floods, which caused the floods of the Yerrakal River, resulting in invention of huge sections of unpeeled fields in the Nidadavol election district.
During the event, Mr. Durgesh was distributed on Sunday in the Nidadavole segment in the Nidadavole segment segment on Sunday 100 farms.
In the case of rabbi in the rabi season, Mr. Durgesh said: “Over 3.30 Lakh metric tons of Paddy have been obtained and the remaining yield will also be immediate in Eastern Godavari.”
