The Congress Committee of Kerala Pradesh (KPCC) a member of the Political Affairs Committee and former TN Prathapan MP began a scary attack on the main Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and said he was the main minister of a literate state.
On Tuesday, he spoke in the inauguration of the protest march and Dharna organized by the District Congress Committee (DCC) in Thrissur Government Medical College Hospital against the crisis in the health sector. Mr. Prathapan said that the once returned Government Faculty of Medical Faculty in Kerala, which once ranked at the highest level, is now “on fans”. He claimed that public hospitals wanted to serve poor and ordinary citizens were turning into an inactive institution because of the neglect of the government.
“Government apathy and negligence towards the medical sector create dangerous fallout. It is unfortunate that the chief minister and minister of health remain blind to this collapse,” he said.
President DCC Joseph Tajeth chaired. The protest was attended by the leaders of the congress.
