The all-day program, organized by the Shivamogg unit in Jamat-E-Islami, attracted many visitors, including religious personalities, leaders of various progressive organizations, advocates, journalists and female groups.
The Jamat-E-Islami volunteers greeted visitors and took them to various corners of the mosque and informed them about activities there. The library inside the mosque consists of religious texts.

And I was also curious that I knew about the mosque. Such little gestures help spread harmony among people who are different religions,” he said.
The thing also said that they would understand what caused the organizers to do such a program.
“No religion should face a situation where they have to prove their innocence by allowing people to visit a religious place to show that it was not a center for any illegal activity. I also want terrorists to understand how their common people will affect their community,” he said.
Mohammed Iliaz of Jamat-E-Islmai said the program was organized so that clear misconceptions of mosques among the public. “People from different areas of life have visited the mosque today. We hope that such activities help us create a harmonious society,” he said.
