The working chairman of the Congress Keral PC Thomas sent a legal announcement to Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar for “illegal depiction of Bharat Mata with Saffron Flag”.
Mr. Thomas said it was unacceptable for the governor to act against the constitution, and warn that he would turn to court if he was repeated. He called on the center to take strict steps against the use of the saffron flag, and stressed that the governor should ideally use the national flag.
