
Kerala State Commission ordered a private hospital in the morning in the Pathanamthitta district to pay financial assistance in the amount of 10 lakh parents of a five -year -old child who reportedly died last year after falling at school.
The Commission of Member N. Sunanda ordered the CEO of Medical Mission Center Mar Thoma in the morning to provide assistance to Aaron V. Vargheses, a student of the class and the government school MTLP, Pathanamitta. Aaron died in February last year.
The Commission, which worked on the Socialist Petition Janata, gave the district units, also ordered the police chief of the Pathanamthitta district to take steps to register the case of a favable murder that does not apply to murders against hospital authorities and doctors where the child was taken to treat. The complainants claimed that Aaron was transported to Mar Thoma hospital for treatment, but anesthesia was given without performing the right tests. They organized a hospital responsible for the child’s death and demanded steps against its management and employees.

He ordered the MD hospital Mar Thomas to consider children coming to the hospital for individuals and provide them with proper and effective medical treatment.
