Patriarch Mar Awa III, head of the Chaldean Syriac Church of the East, arrived in India on Wednesday for a five-day visit.
It is his second visit to the country. The purpose of the visit is primarily to conduct the Holy Qurbana at the Marth Mariyam Grand Church Cathedral, Thrissur, on May 1 at 7 am.
