Passengers Ryanair was reduced to tears and fell to his knees after being denied aboard at a Bulgarian airport due to excessive luggage. The incident that occurred on July 24 was captured in the video and has since been viral.
The video shows that the traveler is trying to push her luggage to Hollall at the airport. Although the employee was informed that she would have to pay another luggage fee because the bag did not meet the size requirements, the woman refused and insisted that it could cause it to be appropriate, according to the New York Post.

After a few attempts, she finally made her bag to Hollall. However, the employees of the airport still refused to leave for the flight. She begged police officers in tears, while dozens of passengers watched from behind the glass door.
Witnesses said the woman started banging on the door and calling for help because it was surrounded by more employees. Exhausted, eventually collapsed to her knees.
“Incredible” behavior sparks an investigation
The footage was recorded by Nikolay Stefanov, who described the scene quickly escalation. He said that the woman begged other passengers not to leave without her, but the airport officials reportedly threatened to cancel the flight if they join the shuttle. I am afraid of further disturbances, passengers complied and left.

According to Stefanov, much was shocked by what they described as a lack of compassion from employees who still refused to enter a woman even after she managed to adapt her bag.
The incident attracted the attention of the Bulgarian parliament. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Grozdan Karadjov ordered the investigation and described the behavior of employees as “outrageous”. He ordered officials to check the CCTV airport shots and stated that the main operator for manipulating ground would face the “highest fine” along with verbal warning.
In response, the airport claimed that its employees acted “professionally and without any physical contact with the passenger”.
“All the rules on passenger luggage, its permissible size and luggage fees are only, completely, completely and unilaterally determined by airlines,” the company for manipulating land said.

Luggage policy Ryanair under control
The incident comes in the middle of the growing criticism of Ryanair’s luggage. At the beginning of this month, the CEO of Ryanair Michael O’Leary confirmed that the airline paid bonuses to agents who notice and charge passengers for excessive bags.
“We fly mostly full flights, about half of the passengers can bring two bags, and the other half can bring only one – because that’s all that fits on the plane,” O’Leary said, adding that society is watching “aggressive” policy on excess luggage.
Agents reportedly receive a Bonus of EUR 1.50 (1.28 GBP) for an excessive bag they fly.
