
32 -year -old Pandjab passengers were arrested on Thursday after security staff received eight live bullets from his cleared luggage, arrested at the International Rajiv Gandhi (RGIA), Shamshabad, on Thursday after security staff won eight live bullets.
Passengers, Sukhdeep Singh of Bhawanigarh, were supposed to plan to travel to Amritsar via Delhi on the years of Indigo 6e-6076 and 6e-5007 when ammunition was detected during screening. The seized wheels included four 0.2 mm, two of 0.7 mm, one of 7.52 mm and one of the caliber 7.62 mm.

Singh, who failed to create a valid weapon or ammunition license, was handed over to the RGIA police.
The case was registered pursuant to Section 25 (1) (b) (a). A) of the 1959 arms Act.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the passengers were traveling by bus to Nanded 22 August 2025 to visit Gurudware. Due to the heavy rains at his birthplace he decided to return through the air and came to Hyderabad to take a flight to Pandjab. It was at this point that the ammunition was detected in his luggage.
During the interrogation of Singh, he allegedly claimed that the bullets remained in his possession of the 2023 incident in the pandjab and that he unknowingly carried them. The police said its explanation was verified and further investigation is underway.
