The day after the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) announced the plan of sharing seats between its allies for the upcoming Bihar Assembly, Jan Suuraj Party (JSP), founded by the former Voting Strategist Prashant Kishor, on Monday (October 13, 2025), announced a second list of 65 party candidates.
Previously, October 9, JSP issued its first list of 51 candidates, although Mr. Kishhor was not present at this event.

“No political party has put the EBC on its list yet,” Kishhor said after he released the second list. National President JSP Uday Singh; Bihar President Manoj Bharti; And other party leaders were present at the event.
The popular leader EBC Ramchandra Sahani, who comes from Sugauli from East Champaran District, joined the party on this occasion. The JSP list for other chairs would also be released soon, the party leaders said.
The first list of 51 JSP candidates included important lawyers, doctors, bureaucrats and academics. While Mr. Yadav, who is also the leader of the opposition in the Bihar Assembly, has so far declared where he will compete, sources in the RJD said it would most likely be Raghopur.
The Raghopur election district, about 35 km from Patna, is a dominant feature of the RJD with Yadav control for several years. The election district also has a significant population of paradutes with the upper caste. The head of RJD Lalu Prasad and his wife and former chief Minister Rabri Devi also represented Raghopura in the past.
The Bihar assembly has a total of 243 members. The upcoming elections will be made in two phases, November 6 and 11 November. The results will be announced on 14 November.
