Parts of Hyderabad in the evening experienced the magic of summer rain and powered the winds, thanks to which motorists searched for shelter on the roads. Malkajgiri (9.5 mm), Serlingampalli (7.5 mm), Himayatnagar (3.8 mm) and Ramacandrapuram (3.5 mm) were some of the areas that experienced wet charm. People got a break from hot temperatures that had been experienced until the afternoon, when the weather was cooled and fresh in the evening.
Meanwhile, unfavorable weather conditions over Hyderabad led to two flights on Thursday evening, which were scheduled to land at the International Airport in Gandhi (RGIA).
The Indigo 6417, operating on the Darbhang route to Hyderabad, was diverted to Vijayawady, while the Air India AI 2531 flight from Bombai to Hyderabad was diverted to Nagpur, confirmed airport sources. The diversions were induced by strong winds and storms that swept the city, which influenced the parameters of visibility and safety for landing.
In response to the weather -related disruption, Indigo has issued travel consulting who warned passengers of possible delay and flight changes. “Due to the strong winds and storms, flights to AZ Hyderabad may be influenced. Stay updated about your real -time flight. Our teams actively follow the situation and have smooth operations back as soon as the weather plays nice,” the airline said.
The Chief Minister of Telangany A. Revanth Reddy, who is also the Minister of the Municipal Administration and City Development (Ma & UD), ordered officials to be on alert because Hyderabad and other districts were given rain. Prevention measures should be taken because rain is expected in some parts of the state for another two days.
