Part of the historical fortress of Manjarabad in the Sakleshpur district of the Hassan district collapsed after heavy rains in the region.
People who visited the popular tourist destination on the National Highway-75 on Sunday 3rd August noticed damage caused by historically significant forts. The structure is maintained by an archaeological survey of India (about).
