The Secretary General of Aiadmk Edapadi K. Palaniswami condemned the sexual assault of a young woman on Tuesday by two police staff in Tiruvannamei. He further criticized the DMK government on women’s security in the state.
Pianiswami referred to the crime in the district of Tiruvannamei and said in a social media post: “This is the peak of women’s security.
Mr. Palaniswami accused the main minister of the incident and condemned the DMK government for not providing women’s security. Furthermore, he demanded that the affected woman be given medical treatment and those who are responsible for the incident be brought to reservation and distribute a serious punishment.
The founder of AMMK TTV Dhinakaran condemned the incident too much and called for a serious punishment to the police staff involved in the crime.
“The involvement of police staff to maintain the right and order, in sexual assault a woman merely make it to lose confidence in police power as a whole,” Dhinakaran said.
