The Pakistani cricket council (PCB) announced that after the controversial edition of 2025, they issue a blanket ban on future participation in the World Championship (WCL). In its statement, the PCB stated that the WCL statement and conduct, after the decision of the India Legends team to pull out of the semifinals against Pakistani legends, were tainted with hypocrisy and bias.
