Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said on Monday that India can at any time make a military strike along the control in Jammu and Kashmir.
“There are reports that India can intervene at any time along LOC … The new Delhi will be given a suitable answer,” the Minister of PTI press agency quoted as in Islamabad.
The statement of Asif came as a tension between two neighbors nuclear-armed-indiating and Pakistan-in the result of a terrorist attack of Pahalgam high.
At least 26 people, mostly tourists, were killed in a terrorist attack that occurred 22 April in the area of Jammu and Kashmir Pahalgam.
Khawaja Asif reportedly stated that Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif asked for an international probe into the Pahalgam incident.
“Such a probe would reveal whether India or any internal group was involved, and explained the truth to the unfounded accusation of Nový Delhi,” Asif said.
