More than 100 Pakistani soldiers were killed in Indian targeted operations along the control line (LOC) after the terrorist attack of Pahalgam, the CEO of Military Operations (DGMO) Gen. On Tuesday (October 14, 2025), Ghai describes Swift and a calibrated reaction as a developmental doctrine that combines military precise diplomatic diplomatics and diplomatic diplomatics and economic diplor and economic diplomatics and diplomatic reaction.
Gene. Ghai said the Indian reaction to the terrorist strike was “targeted, controlled and non -warming”.
Pakistani’s own acceptance later revealed the extent of his losses, he said. “Their list of prices published on August 14 shows a large number of posthumous bravery. This tells us that their victims on LOC were higher than 100,” he said.
“We hit nine goals across Pakistan’s width. It was a merger of military accuracy and diplomatic agility, information superiority and economic leverage,” he said, adding that India put Indus Waters from 1960 into the failure as part of a wider coercive strategy.

“Ready for unpredictable contingency”
When DGMO addressed the army chiefs from 30 countries, he revealed that Indian strikes were made with full awareness of potential Pakistani retaliation.
“It is naive to think that the Indian army will be for this kind of action without preparing for unforeseen events. We had four to five steps forward,” he said, explaining that Indian forces expected cross -border shooting of Pakistan and responded by affecting secondary targets on LOC.
According to him, the intensity of Indian operations forced Pakistan to strive to stop hostility in less than four days – a time plan that emphasized the decisive nature of the repressive measures of India. “It took 88 hours for the enemy to come and ask for a stop. We achieved our political and military goals,” he said.
“Terrorists exclude”
Gene. Ghai, who emphasized the role of the Indian Navy, said the maritime forces were “well prepared in the Arab Sea” during the operations, ready to expand the dimension of the conflict if necessary.
“If the enemy decided to take it further, it could have been catastrophic for them – not only from the sea but from other dimensions,” he said.
He also confirmed that the perpetrators of the Pahalgam attack were tracked and excluded within 96 days, which described their end as “clinical”.
“They were exhausted from running and looked malnourished when they were found. Justice was delivered,” he said, adding that the Minister of the Interior had already informed Parliament about their removal.
