The Election Commission is expected to announce the vice -chairmen of the elections soon, but opposition parties have not begun a formal conversation about their position in the poll. In the opposition camp, however, there is an informal building of the consensus to the idea that errors made in the 2022 competition should not be repeated.
In 2022, against a wider agreement, Congress built his leader veteran Margaret Alva. The opposition, however, will wait for the government to declare its candidate before you start consulting who is to be built. With the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, which are expected to be a sharp competition between the ruling National Democratic Alliance and the opposition coalition, MahagatBandhan, the opposition is clear that this position will not admit without fighting. “It is not a purely arithmetic battle where you give up the fight before the start. This is the battle for thoughts,” the third leader of the opposition said. The opposition is looking for a candidate who, not if popular, is acceptable to all parties as well.
