India has become one of the fastest growing markets for OnlyFans. Desi users have been able to sign up even though the average spend per user is still low.
What has changed is the scale. With a huge population, even a small increase in paid engagements pushed India’s total spending to around $130 million ( ₹1,168.5 million), almost 40% higher than last year.
This makes India the second largest revenue market in the Asia Pacific region. India is ahead of countries like Thailand and Japan, which have traditionally dominated digital content spending. Australia leads the region with $236 million ( ₹2,121.65 crore) total expenditure.
Across the APAC region, Australia and New Zealand remain strong and stable, while Japan and South Korea are now showing double-digit growth.
Globally, the US and the UK still lead, but surprise jumps in Italy and Spain show that European spending is also growing.
What makes India’s rapid rise stand out is that it did not rely on high individual spending. Instead, his massive user base has quietly pushed him into the top tier of global contributors.
While its per capita spending is still low at around $913 per 10,000 people, India’s huge population makes even small increases very strong.
The 40% growth has moved India to the list of top revenue contributors on the platform. It is now just behind countries such as Japan (21.26%) and Thailand (3.02%) in total spending.
Countries such as Spain (25.55%), France (19.12%) and Germany (16.97%) also show significant increases in spending on OnlyFans.
OnlyFans: Markets with the greatest growth
India has emerged as one of the key growth markets for OnlyFans in 2025. A 39.5% jump per 10,000 people ranks it among the fastest growing countries.
India now ranks 11th globally with total spending of $130 million for 2025. It has overtaken several developed markets such as Poland and Argentina ($87 million), Thailand and Finland ($71 million) and Chile, Austria, Colombia, Switzerland and the Netherlands with $53 million.
The United States still leads with $2,637 million spent on OnlyFans models. The United Kingdom is second with $531 million. Canada and Italy follow with $354 million.
European countries such as France ($236 million), Germany ($236 million) and Spain ($193 million) are in the Top 10.
Brazil ($193 million) and Mexico ($290 million), two developing countries, are also among the top spenders for OnlyFans models. Australia also appeared among the top 10 countries.
