“Only in Dubai …”: A young Indian woman enjoyed a “safe, free and confident” walk on the streets of the Middle East and said it was a luxury that did not grow up in India.
In the now viral post of Instagram Trishaa Raj, a make -up artist, she shared that she went alone on the Dubai streets at 2:40 pm without fear. She compared this experience with her time in her home country and said things were so different.
“I grew up like a girl in India, I always felt limited, especially when it came out at night. We needed our brothers or friends to feel safe. But in Dubai things are so different,” Trishaa said.

Trishaa in the trailer for all girls claimed that Dubai is the only place where young women can enjoy an independent life without fear.

Several social media users agreed and said Dubai was really a very safe city.
“I agree. My daughter was 22 when she went. She returned around 11:00 in the evening. I was afraid. I was a lot of word she said. Mom, this is Dubai today.

Others added: “Only in Dubai we work 24/6 with different shifts and 12 hours of work mostly, because we remain mostly in our office. It is so difficult to accept especially sitting in our mother country, which I agree with.”
“U can also come to Oman … Quiet peace and safest country,” the user said.
Another witty asked, “We all know that Dubai is the safest city in the world !! Why do you wander at 3 o’clock in the morning?”
Trishaa video, however, also lit a debate on India vs. Dubai, with several Indians claiming that Chennai in Tamil Nadu is also very safe for women.
“We can also do this in Chennai. I started training for morning training runs at 4 am and in no way felt dangerous. Chennai is such a safe place,” the user said.
“Come to Chennai sis … We treat you as a princess,” he added.
