Samagra Shiksha State Project Director B. Srinivasa Rao informed that online applications for admission to classes 6 and 11 and also for filling vacancies in classes 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 in 352 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBV) in the state will be available from March 27 to 26 for the academic year (Thursday) to April 1, 2026.
Mr. Rao said in a press release that only orphans, out-of-school children, dropouts and girls from SC, ST, BC, minority and BPL families can apply. He informed that application forms will be available on the website apkgbv.apcfss.in and clarified that only applications submitted online will be considered for admission. He said that the selected girls will receive phone messages and their names will also be displayed on the notice boards of the respective schools.
