The POCSO court imposed a life sentence for a life sentence for the time of impregnation of a 16 -year -old smaller girl in the case of 2020, which was reported on Monday on Monday.
In official release, West Godavari Superintendent of Police Adnan Nayeem, Asmi, said Kandella Ramesh, 34, was convicted of intimidation and impregnation of a minor girl in July 2020.
The police registered the case against Mr. Ramet on the basis of a complaint filed by the father of the victim. “The court of court imposed a fine with rupees of one lakh, and 80,000 RS will be given the victim to compensate,” Mr. Nayeem Asmi said.
